She got infuriated by it because they only read a small bit at a time and they were told not to read ahead at home! By the end of term they hadn't finished the book and so in the last week they spent the afternoons watching the film of it! My Mum pushed me to read a lot and I'm forever grateful for that as I love reading now and when I see news in a TV I'm very skeptical of what media showing us.
